Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, phone or WhatsApp number, pickup location, destination and service or journey type. Email address, travel date and additional requirements are optional. We also receive details you choose to share by telephone, email or WhatsApp. Website enquiries are stored in our website enquiry system and sent to our business email.

Please share only what is needed to arrange your transport. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, passport copies or other unnecessary sensitive documents through the enquiry form.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond, prepare quotations, discuss availability, arrange requested services and keep related business records. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Service arrangements are confirmed separately with our team.

Service providers and sharing

Relevant contact and journey details may be shared with transport suppliers or assigned drivers when needed to coordinate your requested service. Our hosting, email and website providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. The site uses Hostinger hosting and email services and SureForms for enquiries.

External services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you choose to use those services. Third-party providers may process information outside the UAE; contact us if you need information about a particular enquiry.

The website loads Google tags for website and advertising measurement. Advertising conversion measurement is being reviewed as part of our website launch.
